Educational & Illustrative Purpose

This tool is provided for educational and illustrative purposes only. The results are hypothetical and intended to demonstrate the mathematical mechanics of the Infinite Banking Concept. These figures are not a guarantee of future results or actual performance. The client must refer to the actual policy contract and official insurance carrier illustrations provided by the specific company from which they obtain their Whole Life Insurance policy for guaranteed and non-guaranteed values.

Strategy & Product Disclosure

The Excellent Wealth Strategy utilizes a specially designed Whole Life Insurance policy structured for maximum early cash value accumulation. These policies are issued by mutual or partially-mutual insurance companies and have the potential to pay annual dividends. Dividends are not guaranteed.

Net Compound Growth Disclosure

The Net Compound Growth Percentage represents the combined total of the insurance carrier's guaranteed floor of interest plus the non-guaranteed annual dividend for the year. The figure used in this model is intended as a conservative starting value for illustrative projections.

⚠️ Prudence Collateral Notice

The "INSUFFICIENT COLLATERAL" flag appears in years where your desired recapture (loan repayment) exceeds 80% of the available cash value. While many carriers allow higher loan-to-value ratios, this model enforces an 80% limit as a safety buffer to ensure a 20% equity cushion remains in the policy at all times to cover interest and maintain policy stability.

🚨 MEC Status Notice

If a policy becomes a Modified Endowment Contract (MEC), it loses its favorable tax status. Loans and withdrawals become taxable as income to the extent of gain, and may be subject to a 10% penalty if the owner is under age 59.5. Enabling the Term Rider increases the death benefit and MEC limit to maintain tax-free status.

Glossary of Terms

Private Reserve Calculator: A tool used to model a private lending system where you act as your own banker using life insurance as the asset base.

Net Compound Growth: Combined rate of the policy’s guaranteed interest and non-guaranteed dividends.

Base Premium: Minimum cost (typically 10-40%) to maximize cash value accumulation.

Cash Value: The equity component of a whole life policy that grows tax-deferred and serves as collateral for policy loans.

Paid-Up Additions (PUA): Additional insurance coverage purchased with dividends or extra premiums that accelerates cash value growth and increases the death benefit.

Term Rider: A strategy to increase the total death benefit of a policy to raise the IRS MEC limit, allowing for more cash inflow (PUAs) without losing tax advantages.

Non-Direct Recognition: A feature where the insurance carrier pays the same dividend rate on the cash value regardless of whether it is being used as collateral for a loan.

Death Benefit: The total payout to beneficiaries, which remains intact and grows unless reduced by outstanding policy loans or withdrawals.

Recapture Stacks: Taking Policy Loans from the Insurance Company to pay for liabilities and expenses with options to pay back in Paid-Up Additions, Loan Principal, or Loan Interest back into the policy.

Perpetual Recapture: Expense recapture modeled to continue indefinitely.

Net Cash Value: Liquid equity accessible via policy loan.

Modified Endowment Contract (MEC): A tax status resulting from overfunding a policy beyond IRS limits, which makes policy loans and withdrawals taxable.
